From the highest commercial vineyard in Argentina (1700-2200m), the oldest vines were selected. 

Winemaking

The grapes were cold macerated then warm fermented. Once pressed, the wine underwent malo-lactic fermentation in barrels. The wine was racked after 6 months of lees contact. The soft fining was carried out prior to bottling.

TORRONTES

VINEYARDS

From the highest commercial vineyard in Argentina. The Torrontes are trellised with the parral system. Selected Torrontes vines were picked. The exceptional altitude and sunlight give the wines unique characters. All the grapes are hand harvested.

Winemaking

Reductively treated in the cellar, macerated for 6 hours & then only the clear juice was cool-fermented for 4 weeks to retain the delicate fruit then left on lees for 3 months prior bottling.

FIELD BLEND

From the higher areas of Argentina : 1700-2200 meters above the sea level. The grapes are harvested at optimum flavour ripeness. The exceptional altitude & sunlight give the wines unique characters.
